Last week The Sun published a scare story reporting that Go Go Hamsters were unsafe and a poisoning threat to children. This has been strongly defended by the head of Cepia LLC, the company behind the hamsters. Russ Hornsby, chief executive of the firm assures us that Mr Squiggles, Num Nums, Pipsqueak, Chunk and all of the Go Go Hamster Accessories are in fact safe and have passed safety standard tests in Europe and the US.

So the only thing to worry about when buying one of these loveable little, most sought after rodents is if they are still actually available in the shops! If not, try Amazon where although a little more expensive they are usually available.
